What Your Group Needs to Help With
- Someone to Assist our Server upon Arrival with Basic Unloading
- Setup of Tables and Chairs
- Light Serving (Sausage & Drinks)
- Refilling Syrup Bottles
- General Area Clean-up and Several Trash Receptacles
- Two 8' Serving Tables for each Serving Line Required
- Access to Potable (Drinking) Water
- Access to One 110volt/15amp Electrical Outlet
- Someone to Assist our Server upon Departure with Basic Reloading
IMPORTANT NOTES... PLEASE READ!
We will arrive 1 & ½ hours before the Start Time of your event. You must have at least ONE Volunteer meet us to help unload.
Your Total Food Charges will be based on the ACTUAL Plate Count. You may pre-count or hand out the plates yourself. Ticket sales and sign-up sheets are only used for planning purposes. Without exception, our PLATE COUNT will be used, as it is consistently the most accurate and simple means to determine how many people actually ate at your event.
Remember, there are NO FREEBIES TO ANYONE and NO SHARING of plates. We reserve the right to stop serving if there are problems with volunteers giving away food items or people not paying for their own plate of food.
